![]() Animals Only service animals are permitted at O'Brien Field. ATM An automated teller machine is located outside the main gate behind section 109-110. Autographs Fans may seek autographs from the time the gates until 10 minutes before the game begins. Gates open one hour before game time. Fans may also seek autographs following the game. Players are not permitted to sign autographs during the game. Camera/Video Equipment Fans are allowed to take pictures inside the stadium but video cameras are not permitted. Fans may not interfere with other fan's enjoyment of the game. Centerfield Concourse Entertainment The Centerfield Concourse entertainment is located behind the centerfield berm and next to the outfield box office. The entertainment includes the Chiefs Speedpitch, where fans can test their arm for only $1. Three additional blowup games are provided by Fun on the Run. Chiefs Cash Chiefs' cash is provided by SportService. Contact Crystal Quick at 309-680-4000 for further information. Cooler/Containers Coolers and other carry-in containers are not permitted inside O'Brien Field gates. Coolers that are confiscated will be taken to Guests Services where it can be picked up when the patrons leave. Family Restrooms Two family restrooms are available behind sections 108 & 109. "Fan Zone" Gift Shop Located on the third base side behind section 110, the "Fan Zone" is home to Peoria Chiefs merchandise. The "Fan Zone" is open M-F from 10 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. During home games, the inside doors will re-open when gates open. Call 680-4030 for more details. First Aid A first aid station is located on the concourse behind section 107. A Methodist nurse will be on duty for every game. Food/Concessions O'Brien field features eight concession stands, four on the first base side, two on the third base side, and two behind home plate. Other free standing carts are available at both ends and throughout the concourse. Foul Balls Fans are invited to keep any foul balls hit into the stand, but are reminded to be aware of foul balls, bats and other objects that may leave the field and come into the seats. Gates Open Gates open one hour prior to the start of each game. Guest Services/Information The Guest Services station is located behind section 107. Fans may obtain assistance and offer assistance at this designated location. Fans may also claim prizes given away during the game at the Guest Services Station. The station is open from when gates open until the end of the 8th inning Internet For the latest news, team info, ticket, and promotional information visit the Peoria Chiefs official website at www.peoriachiefs.com. Lawn Seating Fans that have purchased lawn seating tickets have the choice of sitting in the left, center, or right field berm areas. Fans are welcome to bring blankets to the stadium to sit on, but lawn chairs are not permitted. Lost & Found Lost and Found items may be turned into or picked up at the Guest Services station behind section 107 during the course of a game. Paging Paging over the public address system will be done at the judgment of the Peoria Chiefs staff. Paging will only be allowed for medical emergencies or lost individuals. Phone Orders Call the Box Office and place an order for the amount of tickets, your preferred seating, along with your credit card information and the Chiefs can send you the tickets for the full amount plus $1 for shipping and handling. Playground Parents can enjoy the game while their children have fun sliding, climbing and swinging in our new playground area. The playground area is located behind the batter's eye in center field. Radio All 140 Chiefs' games are broadcasted and transmitted on WOAM 1350 and through the internet at www.sportsjuice.com. Rain Outs/Postponements/Refunds In the event that a regulation game is not played, or is postponed before five innings are played (4 ½ if the Chiefs are winning), your ticket for that date may be exchanged for a ticket of equal or lesser value for a regular season game that year. For further details contact the box office at 680-4008. Restrooms Restrooms are located along the first base and third base sides on the concourse. Restrooms are also located in the Pepsi Picnic Plaza for patrons who reserved the area. Smoking Policy Smoking is not permitted in the seating area or under the tier on the concourse. Smoking is allowed at the ends of the concourse or in designated areas only. Suite Level Access Patrons with tickets for seats on suite level may use the suite entrance on Oak Street, and the elevator located in the lobby behind section 108. Telephones Pay phones are located behind section 109 on the concourse. Tours Public tours of O'Brien Field are available by reservation only. Call 309-680-4000 to schedule a tour. Video board Messages The Chiefs will recognize birthdays, anniversaries, retirements, and group outings on the message board. Please go to Guest Services after arriving at the ballpark to ensure your message makes it upstairs to the video board. The Chiefs will run the messages at their own discretion. Wheelchair seating Fans in wheelchairs may purchase tickets in any of the price levels. Wheelchair seating is available behind the back row of each odd numbered section on the concourse, excluding section 107. Partner seats are adjoining each of our handicapped spaces as well. A total of 48 spaces are available. Will Call The "will call" window is located in the Box Office, on the corner of SW Jefferson & Oak. The "will call" window will be open M-F, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. During a weekday home game, the window will be open from 10:00 a.m. and close during the 7th inning of the game. Window opens at 10 a.m. during a weekend game. |
